Great food and beautiful scenery. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel was located in a perfect spot close to the lake and hiking trails. the Norwegian decor is charming and authentic. the food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. the hotel also offers a great selection of wine.
My New Year's stay was marred by uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. the beds were too short and uncomfortable, leaving me feeling achy and unrested.

The rustic ambiance of the hotel was very pleasing, and the traditional Norwegian decor in the rooms was charming. The view from the hotel room and the walks around the hotel were both wonderful. One thing I really liked about this hotel was that the staff was extremely warm and accommodating, always willing to help.
The lack of wifi in the room was a major disappointment, and the signal was weak in the public areas as well. Another thing I disliked was that the meals were a bit overpriced.
